This was the only place on the internet I could find a 54"x42" shower base. I read some bad reviews, but ordered it anyway hoping for the best.

Ordering was quick and easy and they shipped fairly quickly. The item was well packaged, but was a garden tub. When I called to let them know of the mistake everything went downhill fast. They acted like I was lying and insisted that I take the bathtub out of the box and send them a picture.

I really didn't want to, but I needed them to go ahead and ship the shower base ASAP, so I did as I was told. They said that as soon as I returned the item packaged as well as I when I received it and they got it back and inspected it, they would send me the shower base. They said they would mail me a return authorization so I could call the freight company. They had me doing their job.

A couple of hours later I had the idea, since they were only 100 miles away, to save them return shipping and additional shipping for the correct item, that we would come make the exchange. They refused to compensate me $50 for driving their mistake 100 miles so I just asked for a refund. They said as soon as they received their item in the condition they sent it they would refund my money. Amanda is the rudest customer service rep I've ever spoken to in my life.

I asked to speak to a supervisor repeatedly and she refused. She insisted that I had to strap the bathtub to the pallet at my expense to ship it back to them. I refused to give them straps and there was no way I could box it up exactly the way I received it. I did the best I could the whole time they were treating me like I was trying to steal something!

There was no apology, no offer to send me the correct item quickly. Even a full day after the tub was on it's way back the owner told PayPal that I was being uncooperative in arranging to get it picked up. They didn't care that they set my project back 2 weeks. It took them 4 days after receiving the bathtub back to refund my money.

Worst company I've ever dealt with.

We ended up going with a smaller shower pan because I refuse to give them my business and so should you. They have a corner on the market and don't give a damn about their customers.
