Damaged Product & Poor Return Policy
Terrible quality
Our order was shipped very fast, we had it in two days. It is about a dollar worth of plastic we paid over $700 for (shower pan and walls) I am SHOCKED by how flimsy and cheap it is- the shower pan which was listed as "heavy duty" is reinforced with styrofoam and weighs about 6 lbs.
Customer service was rude, and made no attempt to help us return this large item, she said we have to find a shipping freight company to pick it up and ship it to them.
I have no confidence we will get our money back. SCAM.

Where are the items I ordered
I ordered blinds for my mobile home and still haven't received them. I am just wondering if they are still in business or did they get blown away by the hurricane?
Every time I call I get a recording stating "all lines are busy, please try again later". I have tried calling for several days now and get no response. Sort of strange since I know some people in the area and they have phone service. How do I get my money back if they continue to avoid me.
Is anyone else having the same problem with Mobile Home Parts Store?
I have been trying to contact them since 20 Sep 2018 with no response. I believe a company needs to take care of their customers if they want to stay in business.

Poor coustomer service
I ordered a 54-inch shower and a 54-inch x 66-inch shore door from Mobile Homes Parts Store (MHPS) for my cabin in northern Minnesota. The overall service I received from MHPS to deal with defective and improper parts was in my opinion deplorable.
As such I wouldn't recommend Mobile Home Parts Store to a dog. Please read on. My cabin is a doublewide manufactured home which is why I ordered the shower and door from MHPS. MHPS requires you to inspect your delivered goods within 10 days.
So I inspected them both for defects. The shower came cracked. So, I rejected it immediately and it took a while to get it replaced....long after the vacation I had taken to install it was over. When the shower door was separately delivered, I took the doors out of the box they were shipped-in and the doors seemed to be the right size and in good condition.
Once the replacement shower finally arrived, I started installing the shower at my cabin. As it was winter and 120 miles from my residence, it took several months of weekend work for me to finish the shower installation. Then last weekend, I started to install the shower door and found that the top and bottom tracks which were in a box marked for a 54-inch shower door but were in fact 45-inch tracks. When I originally inspected the door there were so many pieces that unless one started to install the door right way, you wouldn't have realized they shipped the wrong top and bottom rails.
So today I called MHPS. I got a customer service rep after waiting 5 to 10 minutes. I explained the issue and said I need to get the right sized tracks. The Rep put me on hold for about 10 minutes as she went to check my order number and to talk to the MHPS manager.
The Rep returned and informed me that because I had ordered the door several months ago, MHPS would not help me get the right tracks. And she gave me no suggestions of what to do except to throw the $200 doors away. I said then please connect me with your manager. The rep said it won't help to talk to her cause the manager was the one that told her what to tell me.
I said I still wanted to talk to the manager. She then said the manager is dealing with others that had been waiting. I said OK please put me on hold and let her know I am waiting to speak with her. The Rep said she would not put me on hold and that I needed to e-mail the manager.
So rather than simply helping me to get the right tracks, the REP and manager indignantly turned their backs on me and treated me with utter disregard. With this demonstration of horrendous service, I would not recommend Mobile Home Parts Store to a dog.

Door took 8 weeks to arrive RL carriers were great! I called and verified the order prior to my conversation.
However, I was delivered the wrong door. After 3 trips to Menards too buy lumber to make it fit. Didn't know till my door was torn out. Called to advise them.
And nothing could be done. Unless I had the stickers. Really? Poor quality of material not worth the $600.00.
I will buy locally next time. The Supervisor was rude did not offer any compensation what so ever. I would not like about this 7 hour project and $100.00 later resolution.
Rip offof a business don't go to them. Find your local Mobile home business and support them.

They ripped me off and I reported them too. If we all report them It’ll be more likely to get something done about this crooked company
